The coaching journey with this approach is different for everyone.

Each session of Transformational Coaching can take anywhere between 1 and 4 hours.
This is because of the time it can take to carry out some of the NLP exercises that we would be using. The duration of these exercises vary from person to person and so there is no way of predicting beforehand how long it will take.
Breakthroughs with this approach tend to come surprisingly quick as just about all of my clients have experienced extremely profound, positive, lasting effects right from the very first session.
